The RAECO sales, service, and support team

About RAECO: Who We Are, and What We Do

RAECO is now Lesman.

Since 2001, RAECO-LIC LLC has been a part of the Lesman Group. Effective January 1, 2018, RAECO merged with its parent, Lesman Instrument Company to provide you a single source for your detection, analysis, process measurement and control instrumentation needs.

What does this mean for you?

Through our merger with Lesman, the premier supplier of process instruments, valving, and controls in the Midwest, we have the capability and capacity to provide enhanced comprehensive instrumentation and support for a broad market. The personal service that has been traditional with both organizations will be supplemented with improved electronic and traditional communications tools to provide customers with expedited information and resources. Improved inventory and rental, training, and product services will contribute measurably to the success and satisfaction of all of our customers.

You'll be able to work with the same factory-trained team, but with access to more brands and an expanded product offering. Because we've been operating out of shared offices in Illinois and Wisconsin, our address will not change. All existing methods of reaching RAECO will continue to operate as usual, and this website will stay active till the new Lesman site launches later this year.

Professional Sales Engineers
All our sales engineers are true professionals. Individuals with years of hands-on experience, who possess an extensive technical background in the engineering and instrumentation field. They have been trained by factory personnel on the design, installation, operation and maintenance of virtually every instrument or system we offer. You can count on RAECO/Lesman sales professionals to recommend the best and most appropriate device or system which specifically suits your needs.
Responsive Customer Service
We take great pride in our inside sales staff — skilled, highly trained professionals who are available to immediately act on your requests for technical information, order placement and follow-up. Another strong suit, our technical service department can respond quickly with either in-house repairs or in-the-field service for installation supervision, startup and troubleshooting.
Application Assistance
Because no two companies' needs are alike, custom-tailored solutions can be developed by our engineering professionals and technical service department. After reviewing your specific application, our experts will recommend the instrumentation best suited to your specific circumstance, as well as any modifications or upgrades to existing systems, to better fulfill your present — and future — needs.
Training and Support
Post-sale support and ongoing training are provided to RAECO customers through seminars and workshops — held either at our classroom facility in our home office or in the field. Topical seminars on new technology and improved processes or techniques are made available on an ongoing basis to all customers.
