RAECO takes great pride in our inside sales staff — skilled, highly trained professionals who are available to immediately act on your requests for technical information, order placement and follow-up. Another RAECO strong suit, our technical service department can respond quickly with either in-house repairs or in-the-field service for installation supervision, startup and troubleshooting.
Application Assistance
Because no two companies' needs are alike, custom-tailored solutions can be developed by our engineering professionals and technical service department. Training and Support
Post-sale support and ongoing training are provided to RAECO customers through seminars and workshops — held either at our classroom facility in our home office or in the field. Topical seminars on new technology and improved processes or techniques are made available on an ongoing basis to all customers.

Through our partnership with Lesman Instrument Company, a well-established supplier of process instruments, valving, and controls in the Midwest, RAECO has the capability and capacity to provide enhanced comprehensive instrumentation and support for a broad market. The personal service that has been traditional with both organizations will be supplemented with improved electronic and traditional communications tools to provide customers with expedited information and resources.
