GE Panametrics XMTC Thermal Conductivity Binary Gas Transmitter

GE Panametrics XMTC is a compact, rugged, fixed thermal conductivity transmitter that measures and analyzes the concentration of binary gas mixtures containing hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane or helium. It combines computer-enhanced signal measurement with fast-response software, real-time error detection and digital communication via an RS232 or RS485 interface.

The rugged GE Panametrics XMTC measuring cell is insensitive to flow variations and resists contamination. The XMTC has no moving parts, so it easily withstands the shock, vibration, and harsh environments of industrial applications. Its modular construction means any required maintenance is fast and easy. Field-calibrating the XMTC transmitter and replacing the plug-in measuring cell with a pre-calibrated spare takes just a few minutes.

A complete GE Panametrics XMTC transmitter includes a sample system. You can also add display and control functionality by connecting your XMTC to a GE TMO2D display and control module or a GE XDP explosion-proof display, for local control in harsh environments.
